G-Pro is contracted to tear up and install new utilities on my street. Friday night of Memorial Day weekend at 9:30, I found water around my basement floor drain which I was certain was due to the road construction. I contacted the village utilities and they agreed as the laterals were very old and were getting replaced the following week. Most likely mine was disturbed enough from the road work and probably broke. They contacted G-Pro and they were prepared to come out right away; they are over an hour away! But I said we could wait till morning as it was dark and raining. They were here by 6:30am, dug up the old lateral which indeed was broken, and had it temporarily fixed by 8:30am!! I didn't get their names, but I so appreciated them for coming on a long weekend!!!
